Cards
We print and despatch all our cards from a production facility in Wales in the UK. We post them by 1st Class using Royal Mail. Royal Mail informs us that a majority of items handled by Royal Mail will arrive the following day. However, there is no guarantee which means that delivery can sometimes take up to 3 days. (It is important to enter the full post code because this could possibly cause a slight delay in delivery and could take up to 3 days).
Despatch Informaiton
Orders received before 2pm are despatched the same day between Monday and Friday
Orders received after 2pm are despatched the following day from Monday to Friday
Orders received after 2pm on Fridays are despatched the following Monday
Orders received on any Bank Holidays will be despatched the following WORKING day
Please note: The vast majority, over 90% of items handled by Royal Mail will arrive the following day but delivery can sometimes take up to 3 days (UK only)
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only)
We also offer through the Royal Mail a guaranteed next day delivery service. Please note that someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery and this Special Delivery incurs additional cost. If there is no reply, a calling card will be left by the Royal Mail to inform you that they have taken your item back to the depot. You may need to take identification with you to collect the item from their depot.
International Mail
We can post to any country worldwide. The majority of overseas mail handled by the Royal Mail (Airmail) is delivered within 4-7 working days. Although, you are advised in some cases it could possibly take up to 4 weeks.

Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes supplied and is not simply the cost of a stamp. If you do wish to check your postage and packaging costs on orders it is advised to do so when placing your order in the shopping basket with the correct card size, quantity, address and our website will calculate the charge.
Please Note: If you order cards they will be despatched in an outer envelope with a blank envelope inside (if requested). The despatch of larger cards will cost more than sending it direct due to the weight and size of the protective outer envelope which adds to the postal cost.
