I have mislaid my login details.

Go to the login page at the top of the screen and a message will appear 'Forgotton your login details', simply click and it will ask you to enter your email address and the answer to your security question.  Once you have completed this your new password will become the answer to your security question, from there you are able to login and change it to a more memorable password.

You can also go to the login page and below there is a link to take you to the 'Forgotton Password' page where you can enter your email address and a new password will be sent out.

     I am unable to log in to the website.

If you are having difficulty logging in and your email/password is correct, please contact us at customerservices@chirpychimp.com and the staff will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I go about personalising a card?

Our simplified process enables you to personalise and create the card you want.  If you experience any difficulties please contact  customerservices@chirpychimp.com and they will be happy to help.

I just uploaded a photo but it is not going behind the frame of the card.  How do I get the card to go behind the frame?

At the top left-hand corner of the card designer you will see a box which reads behind card, just click the box (which will show a tick) to send the card behind and if you wish to bring it forward again to resize etc, simply untick, although you are able to resize also when your photo is behind the frame.  

I just added text to my card but it is not showing.  Why?

When you add your greeting to the front of your card our text is automatically set to black, so if you have selected a black base card, you need to ensure you change the colour of your text to a lighter colour because black won't show.  

How do I change the colour of my text?

At the bottom left-hand corner of the card generator you will find a colour picker, simply click and scroll to select a colour.    

Can I get a blank envelope with my card? 

If you choose to have the card sent back to you it will arrive in an outer envelope with a blank envelope inside.  Please note there is an extra charge for an additional envelope.

Can I send cards to others than myself?

Yes.  If you would like to send the card direct to the recipent, please select the 'Send To' page.  You can either, login and choose one of your contacts to send the card to or enter a new recepient when prompted.

You can also alter the delivery address within the 'Checkout' section.

Are my personal details safe and secure? 

Security is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are registered as required under the Data Protection Act 1998 and our site consists of the highest level of security (SSL) Secure Socket Layers to protect your personal details. In order to eliminate fraud, we do not store your credit card details in our system.  

I’ve made a mistake and I need to change or cancel my order.

As soon as you notice a mistake in your order please email our Customer Service Team on customerservices@chirpychimp.com. Alternatively you can call us on 01685 811837.  However, if your order has already been processed and despatched we may be unable to change or cancel your order.

What are the delivery options? 

•    Standard First Class Post 90% of all standard first class mail is received the following day.
•    Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery if ordered before 2pm

When will my items be sent? 

If you placed your order before 2pm we guarantee to dispatch it the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be sent the next working day, unless it is a Friday where it will be sent the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

I still haven’t received my order, what should I do? 

The majority of cards handled by the Royal Mail are delivered the following day but some may take up to 3 working days (this often depends on whether a full postal code was entered). If you have still not received your card after 3 days please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservices@chirpychimp.com and they will be happy to help.  

Please be aware that if your product is larger than our standard A5 cards (A4 cards) may not have been delivered due to them not being able to fit through your letter box or nobody being at home. If this is the case, a calling card should have been left by the Royal Mail to inform you that they have taken your item back to the depot for which you may have to produce identification.  If you would you like your card to be delivered by 9am the following day please see our 'Delivery Section'.

Can you post products abroad?

Yes.  We can send our products worldwide. The majority of overseas mail handled by the Royal Mail (Airmail) is delivered in 4-7 working days but can also take up to 4 weeks.
